A Queen Lives Within

A queen lives within me;

She is proud and thirsty

For glory and for power.

A queen lives within me;

She aspires for power and perfection

To accomplish the impossible.

A queen lives within me;

She cannot stand the mediocrity of my exterior

She has a lust for more than can be achieved.

A queen resides within me;

She hides underneath my shy and quiet exterior

She resides underneath my humble exterior.

A queen lives within me.

And she wishes to emerge.
