All that you are deep in your earth

In the part of you where your roots stem

Go there.

Find. Your. Roots.

See them.

With your bare eyes.

Don't be scared.

Know who you are

Before you try to be anything else.

Walk through

Your fire.

The fire in you that keeps you alive.

Walk through it, head held high

Naked

With bare feet

As well as a bare soul.

You. Are. Enough.

Then sit in

The part of your body where

The waters will ease the aching

You deserve peace

Your soul deserves peace

Give it to them

This is where the poison begins

When you water your roots with hate

Anger

Self doubt

Ease into the water

Let it be pure

Let it heal you.

Find a new religion.

Heal.

In all the ways that you can heal.

Then heal some more.
